Our Client is an experienced and established contamination control engineers who have specialised in the design and installation of clean and contained facilities and equipment since 1967. As such they are one of the founder and leading companies of the UK Cleanroom and contamination Control Industry.
The fit out included extension enabling works to the shell units in addition to the specialist flooring, partitions, ceilings and environmental control systems.
Veale & Sanders were appointed to advise on main and sub-contract documentation, sub-contract procurement, change control, cost reporting and final account settlement.
