Rail environment
- Seven Surveyors have undertaken Personal Track Safety courses.
Brief Practice History
| 1903 | Louis Veale is elected a member of the Surveyors Institution and the Royal Institute of British Architects |
| 1911 | The practice is established by Louis Veale in Central London |
| 1935 | Sidney Sanders joins the Partnership, Veale & Sanders (Chartered Quantity Surveyors) is formed |
| 1968 | Merger with E. R. Parker & Partners, named enlarged to Veale & Sanders, Parker & Partners |
| 1974 | Veale & Sanders, Parker & Partners move from Central London to Outer London, near Croydon |
| 1990 | Will Weston joins the partnership. Name reverts to Veale & Sanders |
| 1995 | Roger Flexman joins the partnership. |
| 2005 | Lee Boniface is made up to Senior Associate Partner. |
| 2009 | The practice's workload covers a very broad spectrum of projects from maintenance and repairs to major capital works, including commissions in Eastern Europe. |
| 2011 | RICS approved structured training provider. |
| 2017 | Lee Boniface made up to Partner. |
| 2022 | The Partnership relocates to new premises in Purley Town centre. |
Profiles
Lee Boniface BSc (Hons) ICIOB, Senior Partner
Partner responsible for development of computerised systems for maintenance and repairs contracts spanning over 30 years. A specialist in data capture, interpretation and manipulation techniques. Key roles include highlighting clients needs, identifying solutions and setting up contracts and IT systems specific to their requirements.
Roger Flexman BSc (Hons) MRICS, Partner
Roger has responsibility for a number of capital projects for public sector, commercial developers and end user clients. He has extensive experience in the planning and delivery of major construction works.
The rest of the security cleared team comprises Senior QSs (both Building and M&E) Assistant QSs, Trainee QSs and Administrative Staff.
