V&S provided full quantity surveying services for the new Croydon Adult Learning and Training centre in New Addington. The £3m project was procured under a two stage design and build contract. The works include a geothermal installation with ground source heat pumps to harness natural energy and reduce carbon footprint.
V&S provided full quantity surveying services for the major alterations and extensions to Sidcup Fire Station to accommodate new fire appliances. The works were phased to ensure that the station was maintained ‘on the run’ 24/7, 365 days per year. The works included a large photovoltaic array, rainwater and greywater harvesting installations.
V&S provided full quantity surveying services on the major refurbishment of Romford Police Station. The contract included external repairs, the renovation of the station interior, and the construction of a new state of the art command and control room.

The £3million contract with Durtnell was notable for the commitment of the whole team to meet the dynamic brief requirements in a restricted operational environment.
Our Client is an experienced and established contamination control engineers who have specialised in the design and installation of clean and contained facilities and equipment since 1967. As such they are one of the founder and leading companies of the UK Cleanroom and contamination Control Industry.
The fit out included extension enabling works to the shell units in addition to the specialist flooring, partitions, ceilings and environmental control systems.

Veale & Sanders provided full quantity surveying services for the conversion of three large industrial units into London's first new Fire Station for a very long time, at Harold Hill. Sustainability issues were a priority and the project achieved an excellent Bream rating.
At the opening, the London Mayor commended the team for deliverying the project within programme and budget.

Veale & Sanders are appointed cost consultants for the proposed refurbishment of two adjoining buildings facing Praed Street in Paddington. The project involves extensive structural modifications, extensions. façade and roofing replacements together with full interior re-fit including all new mechanical and electrical services and lift installations. The redevelopment is for owner occupation as the UK headquarters of a major European multinational. the property provides retail, commercial and car parking over basement, ground and six upper floors.
