Will Weston BSc FRICS
Partner
Will joined V&S in 1978 and became a Partner in 1990. Will is responsible for managing a wide variety of commissions in both public and private sectors and has been instrumental in helping to develop strategic solutions for asset management.
Roger Flexman BSc (Hons) MRICS
Partner
Roger has responsibility for a number of capital projects for public sector, commercial developers and end user clients. He has extensive experience in the planning and delivery of major construction works.
Lee Boniface BSc (Hons)
Team leader for development of computerised systems for maintenance and repairs contracts spanning over 15 years. A specialist in data capture, interpretation and manipulation techniques. Key roles include highlighting clients needs, identifying solutions and setting up contracts and IT systems specific to their requirements.
Rosemary Lawrence
Practice Secretary, Rosemary is the Personal Assistant to the Partners and is responsible for all the administrative aspects of the Practice including the financial accounting systems.
