Brief Practice History

 

1903 - Louis Veale is elected a member of the Surveyors Institution and the Royal Institute of British Architects

 

1911 - The practice is established by Louis Veale in Central London

 

1935 - Sidney Sanders joins the Partnership, Veale & Sanders (Chartered Quantity Surveyors) is formed

 

1968 - Merger with E. R. Parker & Partners, named enlarged to Veale & Sanders, Parker & Partners

 

1974 - Veale & Sanders, Parker & Partners move from Central London to Outer London, near Croydon

 

1990 - Will Weston joins the partnership. Name reverts to Veale & Sanders

 

1995 - Roger Flexman joins the partnership.

 

2005 - Lee Boniface is made up to Senior Associate Partner.

 

2009 - The practice's workload covers a very broad spectrum of projects from maintenance and repairs to major capital works, including commissions in Eastern Europe.

 

2011 - RICS approved structured training provider.
